- Background Downloads: When you access specific AI tools (e.g., Object Eraser), the necessary AI model weights and engines will be downloaded to your browser’s local cache.
- Hardware Usage: AI processing occurs on your device’s CPU/GPU/RAM. Performance may vary based on your hardware specifications.
- No Uploads: We guarantee that your source files (images, code, documents) are never transmitted to our servers for processing.
4. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT
You are solely responsible for the content you process using our tools. You agree not to use FreeToolsDeck to:
- Process, create, or distribute illegal, obscene, or defamatory material.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the website’s infrastructure.
- Use the tools for automated “spamming” or high-volume scraping that degrades service for others.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DMCA
Our Content: All branding, site design, text, graphics, and proprietary code (including JavaScript logic, AI implementation, and CSS) on FreeToolsDeck are the property of FreeToolsDeck and are protected by international copyright laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

- Legal action for copyright infringement and damages.

7. DISCLAIMERS & AI ACCURACY
FreeToolsDeck provides tools “with all faults” and makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated results. For example:
